एनसीडब्ल्यू ने एक ट्विटर पोस्ट के संबंध में मामले का स्वत: संज्ञान लिया है, जिसमें आरोप लगाया गया है कि अमरावती के लिए अपनी जमीन कुर्बान करने वाली आंदोलनकारी महिला किसानों को राज्य सरकार द्वारा विजाग में राजधानी स्थानांतरित करने के विरोध में आंध्र प्रदेश पुलिस द्वारा बेरहमी से पीटा गया और उनका गला घोंटा गया।

राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग 2012 के निर्भया सामूहिक बलात्कार और हत्या मामले में चार दोषियों के खिलाफ माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के फैसले की सराहना और स्वागत करता है।
राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग ने आज अपराह्न 3 बजे पीवीआर ईसीएक्स, चाणक्यपुरी (नई दिल्ली) में दीपिका पादुकोण, विक्रांत मैसी अभिनीत और मेघना गुलजार द्वारा निर्देशित बहुप्रतीक्षित फिल्म छपाक की विशेष स्क्रीनिंग का आयोजन किया।
राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग को 06 जनवरी 2020 को एक मीडिया रिपोर्ट मिली है, जिसका शीर्षक है 92 अस्पताल, 28 दिन: निडर महिला ने राजस्थान में लेबर रूम की भयावहता को उजागर किया, जहां यह आरोप लगाया गया है कि सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा 13 जिलों के 92 सरकारी अस्पतालों में स्टिंग ऑपरेशन किए गए थे, जिसमें राजस्थान के सरकारी अस्पतालों में प्रसव के दौरान महिलाओं द्वारा सामना किए जाने वाले कई मुद्दों और परेशान करने वाली घटनाओं को उजागर किया गया है।
