NCW had constituted an Inquiry Committee to inquire into the complaint of alleged gang rape and police apathy in the matter, Sitamarhi, Bihar
National Consultation on Women’s Reservation Bill, The Constitution (One Hundred and Eighth Amendment) Bill, 2008 held on 27th August, 2013 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi organised by National Commission for Women, New Delhi
NCW has taken cognizance of the complaint and constituted an Inquiry Committee to inquire into media report which appeared on 7th June, 2013, titled “Blind minor raped, killed in Puri” wherein reportedly a 14 year old blind girl was raped and thereafter murdered in Puri – Konark Marine Drive
